Last week, ENVIROMED was represented at the ECCE-ECAB Conference 2025 in Lisbon, one of Europe’s leading events for chemical and biochemical engineering research (conference website).
Our partner Technische Universität Wien (TU Wien), represented by Rüdiger Lück, presented a scientific poster entitled “Recombinant protein production with E. coli: reducing the environmental footprint through process intensification.”
The presentation highlighted innovative approaches to reducing environmental impacts in bioprocessing, directly aligning with ENVIROMED’s mission. The project was featured through the methods showcased in the poster, reinforcing the consortium’s commitment to developing sustainable and resource-efficient technologies.
